New Boss and Dispersion of Bank Mandiri's Cadres

The government has appointed Darmawan Junaidi as President Director of Bank Mandiri, replacing Royke Tumilaar, at an extraordinary general shareholders meeting (RUPSLB) on Wednesday (10/21). Darmawan became the definitive official after the president director position was vacant for several months and was filled by Hery Gunardi as acting president director.

According to Bank Mandiri Corporate Secretary Rully Setiawan, the composition of the board of directors this time is filled with many internal circles. He claims this shows shareholders’ trust in the human resource development system at Bank Mandiri to form the best talents. "With this composition of the board of directors, we are optimistic that the board of directors will be more solid and unified in bringing Bank Mandiri through the economic conditions amid the COVID-19 pandemic," he said in a press statement Wednesday (10/21).

1. President Director: Darmawan Junaidi (former position: Director of Treasury, International Banking, and Special Asset Management at Bank Mandiri)
2. Deputy President Director: Alexandra Askandar (former position: Director of Corporate Banking at Bank Mandiri)
3. Director of Risk Management: Ahmad Siddik Badruddin (unchanged)
4. Director of Information Technology: Rico Usthavia Frans (unchanged)
5. Compliance and Human Resources Director: Agus Dwi Handaya (unchanged)
6. Director of Commercial Banking: Riduan (unchanged)
7. Director of Treasury and International Banking: Panji Irawan (former position: Director of Operations at Bank Mandiri)
8. Director of Network and Retail Banking: Aquarius Rudianto (unchanged)
9. Director of Institutional Relations: Rohan Hafas (former position: Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Relations at Bank Mandiri)
10. Director of Corporate Banking: Susana Indah Kris Indriati (former position: Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Bank Mandiri)
