PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk (BBYB) is aggressively expanding into a digital bank after being listed in the category of BUKU II bank. This strategy is in line with the company's target to attract millennial customers.
According to Bank Yudha Bhakti President Director Tjandra Gunawan, around 70-80 percent of the company's customers currently come from the pensioner segment. With the bank's digital development plan, it began targeting the millennial segment. "By becoming a digital bank, traditional businesses in the pensioner segment will continue to be optimized with technological development and digitalization," he said.
The digital transformation process has begun since last year after the entry of Akulaku as an investor in Bank Yudha. This year, the company will finalize the mobile banking and internet banking app services.
