Reasons Why BTN Set Moderate Target
PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk is targeting nine to ten percent growth in lending this year. Therefore, the BBTN-coded company plans to distribute housing loans (KPR) to 220,000-230,000 housing units.
According to Bank Tabungan Negara Director of Finance, Treasury, and Strategy Nixon L. Napitupulu, the loan distribution consists of housing financing liquidity facility (FLPP) for 110,000 units, saving-based housing financing aid (BP2BT) for 40,000-45,000 units, and public housing savings (Tapera) for 40,000 units.
