Here's Why Metropolitan Land Doesn't Change the Sales Target
PT Metropolitan Land Tbk is targeting marketing sales or pre-sales to reach US$ 153.5 million or Rp 2.1 trillion this year. Metropolitan Director Olivia Surodjo said the pre-sales target is similar to last year's achievement of Rp 2.1 trillion.
This year, the MTLA-coded company is still aiming at the middle and lower-middle segments to raise the pre-sales. A joint operation project with Keppel Land in Metland Cakung launched in November 2019 is one of its main focuses in sales.
