His business group went public in 1994, with PT Ciputra Development Tbk as the parent company and PT Ciputra Surya Tbk and PT Ciputra Property Tbk as subsidiaries. According to Forbes, the wealth of Ciputra and his family reached US$ 1.3 billion as of November 26, 2019, or equivalent to Rp 18.2 trillion. Ciputra is the 27th wealthiest person in Indonesia.
