Government issues the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 168/PMK.08/2019 on SUN Auctions on the Domestic Primary Market, opening opportunities for foreign investors to join the Government Bonds (SUN) auction. In the regulation, the government allows all parties to purchase bonds on the primary market by auction.

All parties who submit applications are either Indonesian citizens or foreign citizens wherever they live, Indonesian and foreign companies, and joint ventures wherever they are domiciled, Bank Indonesia, LPS, and/or major dealers.
