Large-Caliber Figures to Boost GoTo's Performance

PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) plans to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 2. GoTo Chief Executive Officer Andre Soelistyo said that one of the meeting agendas would be reorganizing the company's management, directors, and commissioners. "For the first time since our initial public offering, we are reorganizing. The goal is to become the best public company in Indonesia and the world," he said on Wednesday. 

GoTo's management has submitted changes to the composition of the board of directors and commissioners to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Here is the list:
