The South Sulawesi Provincial Government aims to attract Russian investors at the East Indonesia Tourism and Investment Summit (EITIS) in Makassar on March 3-4. During the summit, they will present several potential tourist sites in South Sulawesi for villa development, including Toraja, Bulukumba, Malino, and Gowa Regency.

“We eye Russian investors who have a significant presence in the tourism sector in South Sulawesi,” Asita South Sulawesi Chairman Didi Leonardo Manaba said. He also noted that Russian investors are a desirable target due to their success in managing many villas in Bali.
