Korean Land Eyes Housing Project in Nusantara
The Public Works and Housing Ministry claims that a South Korean company, the Korean Land and Housing Corporation, is interested in cooperating with the Indonesian government in building houses in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). The ministry's director of system development and strategy for financing implementation Agus Sulaeman said the company has already submitted the data of interest.
For the record, foreign investors supported projects in Nusantara will use the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme, based on the National Development Planning Ministerial Regulation No. 4/2020. "The development of the Nusantara with the PPP scheme will be applied in all sectors. It can be seen in the Nusantara planning document," Agus said on Tuesday.
