West Java Offers 17 Renewable Energy Projects Worth Rp 2.6 Trillion

The Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Agency of West Java offers 17 renewable energy projects to domestic and foreign investors at the 2022 West Java Investment Summit (WJIS) on Oct 5-6. "We have 17 investment opportunities, some of which are projects and others are products," the agency's head, Permadi Mohammad, said on Monday.

According to Permadi, the total investment value of these projects could reach Rp 2.6 trillion, consisting of wind power plant (PLTB), geothermal power plant (PLTP), solar power plant (PLTS), and EV charging station (SPKLU) projects. "SPKLUs also require funding from investors," he said.
