New Indonesian Coalition Prepares to Get Big Support

Three parties incorporated in the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB), including the Golkar Party, the National Mandate Party (PAN), and the United Development Party (PPP), have registered as candidates for the 2024 general election. PAN General Chairman Zulkifli Hasan said the KIB will run politics of ideas to gain votes in the 2024 Election. "The 2024 election must be enlivened by the politics of ideas where big ideas will be brought forward again," Zulkifli said on Wednesday.

Golkar General Chair Airlangga Hartarto said KIB was determined to maintain political stability in the 2024 election. According to Airlangga, to achieve this goal, the conditions were togetherness and inclusion. "Indonesia is big. Therefore, we must be able to work together. The 2024 election is crucial, so we need more thoughts," he said.
