PT Pertamina decided to replace the top position at one of its subsidiaries, PT Pertamina Power Indonesia (PPI), appointing Dannif Danusaputro as the President Director replacing Heru Setiawan in the power generation company.

Sources familiar with this matter said that Dannif Danusaputro's appointment was Pertamina's strategic move to pave the plan for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the second half of 2021.
