financial analysis
Summary

The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has issued a regulation demanding investors to report their investments through the online single submission (OSS) as part of investment control. BKPM Regulation No. 6/2020 on guidelines and procedures for investment controlling states that investors failing to submit the Investment Activity Report (LKPM) will receive several sanctions.

BKPM’s deputy for investment controlling, Imam Soejoedi, reminded investors to report their investments. He also ensured that BKPM would conduct various strategies to maintain the investment climate, such as facilitating existing companies, maximizing existing companies' potential, bringing in new investments, and providing incentives for companies planning to expand their businesses.
