The inauguration of the new ministers in Indonesia Onward Cabinet on Wednesday (12/23) presented an additional surprise. This is because their inauguration was also accompanied by the inauguration of five new deputy ministers. This is surprising because, during the announcement of the new ministers on Tuesday (12/22), the new deputy ministers were not announced. Therefore, when the agenda for the inauguration of deputy ministers appeared on President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo's schedule yesterday, many were surprised.

According to information obtained by D-Insights, the election for the new deputy ministers actually started last week. Some of them reportedly met with State Secretary Pratikno and discussed their possible new positions and the tasks to be carried out. However, this process continued into the days leading up to the inauguration because several figures later refused to join the cabinet.
