PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) will hold an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. One of the agenda is the appointment of the definitive president director, replacing Royke Tumilaar who is assigned to lead PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) since 2 September 2020.

Currently, Bank Mandiri is led by Hery Gunardi, Deputy President Director, who serves as acting President Director.
