Airport
Summary

Indonesia and Singapore have agreed on a travel corridor arrangement (TCA) or reciprocal green lane (RCL) for important business trips, diplomatic and official travels during the COVID-19 pandemic. The provision will come into effect on October 26.

“It means that both countries will accept applications on October 26, 2020. Travels are doable within a few days according to the e-visa application process for Indonesia and safe travel pass for Singapore,” Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi revealed at the online launch of the Indonesia-Singapore TCA on Monday (10/12).

However, the agreement does not apply to ordinary trips or tours. Retno also said that the implementation of strict health protocols would be a major part of the regulation. Previously, Indonesia had also implemented a TCA with the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, and China.
