The Indonesian Political Indicators Survey noted that business people consider Finance Minister Sri Mulyani has the best performance, among other ministers. The assessment was the result of a poll on June 29-July 11, 2020, with business respondents in seven sectors including agriculture, fisheries, and marine affairs, mining and quarrying, manufacturing, construction, trade and retail, car and motorcycle service, as well as transportation and warehousing.

"The finance minister is considered the best performer according to businesses from all sectors," said Executive Director of the Indonesian Political Indicators Survey Institute, Burhanuddin Muhtadi, Thursday (7/23). Burhan said Sri Mulyani was chosen by 29 percent of respondents. Tailing Sri Mulyani, State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Minister Erick Thohir was selected by 25 percent of respondents, followed by Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto (18 percent), Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim (14 percent), and Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi and Minister of Maritime Affairs and Edhy Prabowo fisheries, each by 7 percent of respondents.
