Latest Rumors About Cabinet Reshuffle. Is It True?

Rumors regarding the reshuffle of President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo's Indonesia Onward Cabinet continue to emerge. After Jokowi threatened to dismiss his ministers during a cabinet meeting on June 18, rumors about ministers to be replaced also surfaced.

One of the rumors is a list circulating in many WhatsApp groups, which contains a new cabinet list. Some of the new names on the list are the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) Budi Gunawan, who is said to be the Coordinating Minister for Politics, Law, and Security replacing Mahfud MD. Mahfud is said to be the Minister of Justice and Human Rights replacing Yasonna Laoly. There is also Muhammadiyah Chairperson Haedar Nasir, who became Minister of Education and Culture replacing Nadiem Makarim.
