The New Faces of PLN’s Directors

The State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ministry overhauled PT PLN’s board of directors, following the change of president director in April 2020 and corporate structure. According to the minister’s aide, Arya Sinulingga, the government, as PLN’s shareholder, evaluated the management after appointing the president director and its deputy. “To stay focused and fresh,” he argued on Thursday (5/14).

Among the new faces, Muhammad Iqbal Nur will act as the company’s Corporate Planning Director, Bob Sahril as Director of Commerce and Services, Rudy Hendra Prastowo as Director of Primary Energy, and Ikhsan Asaad as Megaproject Director. Meanwhile, Syofvi Felianty Roekman, representing the senior official, will act as the new Human Resources Director from her previous position as the Corporate Planning Director.

The minister also dismissed Strategic Procurement Director 1 Sripeni Inten Cahyani, Strategic Procurement Director 2 Djoko Rahardjo Abu Manan, Human Capital Management Director Muhamad Ali, and Regional Business Director for Maluku, Papua and Nusa Tenggara, Ahmad Rofiq.
