Anthony Salim Becomes Bank Ina’s Ultimate Shareholder

Billionaire Anthony Salim has officially become the ultimate shareholder of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA), replacing Pieter Tanuri through Philadel Terra Lestari. According to information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Anthony controls Bank Ina through one of Salim Group’s companies, PT Indolife Pensiontama.

"We would like to inform you that Philadel Terra Lestari has withdrawn from controlling shareholder [PSP], while Pieter Tanuri also resigned as the last controlling shareholder [PSPT]," said Bank Ina Perdana Director Daniel Budirahayu said on Tuesday (4/14). Peter Tanuri has been the controlling shareholder of Bank Ina since 2015, while the Salim Group entered through a rights issue in 2017.
