CT Adds Share Ownership Amid Garuda's Performance Improvement

Summary

Chairul Tanjung's company is said to have bought a 47.9 million stake in PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA). It was carried out by CT Corp's subsidiary, PT Trans Airways.

This corporate action increased Trans Airways' ownership in GIAA by 0.18 percent to around 25.80 percent. Referring to the five-percent or more securities ownership report released by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), the transfer of ownership to Trans Airways occurred on February 11, 2020.
