Citilink Indonesia is targeting a 22 percent increase in the number of passengers this year. It is an ambitious target compared to last year's achievement.

As of November 2019, Citilink experienced a ten percent decline in the number of passengers. Citilink Indonesia Director Juliandra said the target is realistic because the number of capable aircraft is rising by 16 percent this year.
